Description
3M Trizact 293mm x 100mm belts in grade A100 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish.
The Trizact A100 belt would follow on from a P150 grit or 180 traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A100 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trzact A65 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A100 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish. Use 293mm x 100mm trizact belts on the Cibo Finipower or Finimaster satin polisher with the softer FMRU inflatable tyre contact wheel.
Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.
Recommended polishing sequence: A160 - A65 - A30 - A16 - A6 - FLM flannel wheel.
