Finitube

We stock a wide range of sanding belts for the Cibo Finitube hand held polisher.  Here are some recommendations:

FX87 ceramic belts are made on a strong backing and use the Cibo Ceramic abrasives to create a high aggression highly durable belt.  The FX87 ceramics are ideal for sanding straight tubes and gentle curves.

• Use the FX87 for high aggression sanding
• Available in 40, 60, 80 and 120 grit

FF87 ceramic belts also use the Cibo Ceramics abrasive grain but they are made on a flexible backing.  The flexible backing reduces the aggression of the belt but increase the flexibility.  We therefore recommend the FF87 ceramics whenever you need to work on bends and curves.  The FF87 belts will polish smoothly around 90 degree elbows when working with the Cibo Finitube.

• Use the FX87 for sanding and blending
• Particularly good for sanding bent tube
• Available in 60, 80, 120, 150, 180, 240, 320 and 400

TZ59 zirconium oxide belts was our most popular sanding belt until we developed the Cibo Ceramics.  TZ59 is on a strong backing.

• Use the TZ59 for high aggression sanding
• Available in 40, 60, 80 and 120 grit
