- Remove weld discolouration and leave a 320 grit satin finish on the metal

n.b. if you are working with a varaible speed grinder you can easily change the grinder speed to ensure a perfect blended satin finish with your existing metal.

- Remove scratches and surface damage
- Radius the top of the tig weld ripple

n.b. If you want to fully radius a tig weld then we would recommend the MAG 6 or the RCD Medium grade discs

For optimum use we recommend that the MAG grade 5 disc is used at between 4,00 and 5,000rpm but it is rated safe to work at 11,000rpm, and many people do.

Can I use the MAG 5 on brass or aluminium?

- Most definitely. It will give you all the benefits that you get when working on stainless steel without the risk of the brass or aluminium clogging up your disc.
