Description
3M Trizact 289mm x 100mm belts in grade A65 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the PTX burnishing drum sanders.
The Trizact A65 belt would follow on from the Trizact A160, A10 or 180 grit traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A65 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trzact A30 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A65 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish. Use 289mm x 100mm trizact belts in sequence to acheive a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..
Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.
Recommended polishing sequence: A160 - A65 - A30 - A16 - A6 - FMPR flannel wheel.
