The FTC 80 grit discs will still give good, controlled stock removal rate. If you are considering switching to ceramic flap discs from the more traditional blue zirconia disc then, if finish matters, we recommend you also consider stepping up from P60 to P80 grit Cibo Ceramics. The higher cut rate and lifetime will out perform a zirconia 80 grit disc but with an improved finish.
