Product Description
3M Trizact 289mm x 100mm belts in grade A160 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the Cibo Finimaster Pro drum sander.
The Trizact A160 belt would follow on from a P150 grit or 180 traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A160 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trzact A65 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A160 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish. Use 287mm x 100mm trizact belts on the Cibo Finimaster Keyway satin polisher with the softer FMNU ventilated contact wheel.
Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.
Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – FLM flannel wheel.
