Inverted Cone profile tungsten carbide burrs are one of the newer shapes, perfect for champfering under a lip. Note: they have straight sides and no cutting face on the end of the carbide burr. If you need the carbide burr to have a curving action on the side then we recommend you switch to Shape E – Oval Carbide Burrs. Note: Our inverted cone carbide burrs are only available in diamond cut. However, they will still perfom on softer materials where the inverted cone shape is preferable. Diamond Cut Burrs – for stainless steel, steel, high carbon alloys, titanium, cobalt alloys etc.. and also for hardwoods.

The table below details all dimensions of our inverted cone carbide burr range. If you know which burr you want, just click on the part number to be directed to the product page.
Helpful Tip – if the part number ends ‘/6’ then the burr has a diamond cut pattern. ‘/3’ is a fluted cut pattern.
