With the radical new processes created by Cibo for finishing stainless steel many of our customers wanted simple kits and instructions so they could understand how these new processes work. This led to the development of the Cibo Time Saving Kits. 6 boxes which contain all the products you need to try out the new process for yourself. The 6 kits created were:
TSK01 – Satin finishing of box section Tube
Set 1 uses the Trizact grip discs on a 125mm backing pad to sand away tig welds on mitre corners without digging into the metal or gouging. Sanding with a disc up to a 280 or 400 grit makes it really simple to put the final brush / satin finish on the tube with the FMCM combi brushes.
TSK02 – Satin Finishing Tubular Fillet Welds
Using the FinitEasy fillet weld grinder in partnership with the revolutionary unitised discs makes fillet weld sanding, blending and polishing easy.
TSK03 – Satin Finishing Tube Mitre Corners
Set 3 is based on another Cibo innovation. The RCD rapid combi disc is the core product in set 3. The medium RCD disc will remove the tig weld and leave a satin finish in one step.
TSK04, TSK05 and TSK06 for Mirror Polishing
Will all carry out the same processes as set 1 to 3 but they will allow you to create a perfect mirror polished finish on your workpiece.
