Premium industrial 40 grit zirconium oxide (blue cloth) abrasive on a glass fibre backing with a conical or bevel edge grinding face the Cibo FNC are the recommended flap disc for steel. Excellent for aggressive grinding of steel on 4 1/2″ angle grinders.

Fast grinding of steel where you need to grind a quantity of metal quickly and where the surface finish is less important.
Ideal for heavy duty grinding of steel and general metal fabrication where stock removal is the #1 priority.

Are the FNC flap discs suitable for use on stainless steel?
Yes – Cibo FNC flap discs are iron free and therefore safe for general purpose use on stainless steel and they will work well on stainless when used with with more powerful grinders (750 watt and above).
