Product Description

Non-abrasive surface conditioning material is designed for use with our PV range of polishing soaps and compounds for bright and mirror polish finishing.

How to Mirror polish with a Dynafile or Beltit powerfile:

For a general purpose bright polished finish:

  1. Use our white non-abrasive polishing belts after a very fine scotchbrite (Cibo FE3 grade) belt.
  2. Mount the W00 belts on the machine.  Then hold the moving belt against the PV101 polishing compound until the belt turns green.
  3. Begin polishing.  The belt will turn black as the polish begins to work.
  4. Remove any excess polish with a lint free cloth and the Cibo Vienna Chalk
