3M Trizact 289mm x 100mm belts in grade A16 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the Poly PTX burnishing drum sanders.
The Trizact A16 belt would follow on from the Trizact A30 or 60 / 800 grit traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A16 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trizact A6 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A16 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish with a nominal 1400 grit finish. Use 289mm x 100mm trizact belts in sequence to achieve a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish.
