Product Description
3M Trizact 280mm x 100mm belts in grade A30 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the Metabo, Flex & Fein burnishing drum sanders.
The Trizact A30 belt would follow on from the Trizact A65 or 320 grit traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A30 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trzact A16 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A30 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish with a nominal 800 grit finish. Use 280mm x 100mm trizact belts in sequence to achieve a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..
Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.
Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – FMPR flannel wheel.
