3M Trizact 293mm x 100mm belts in grade A30 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the Cibo 19mm keyway Finimaster burnishing drum sander.
The Trizact A30 belt would follow on from the Trizact A65 or 280 grit traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A30 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trizact A16 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A30 finishing belts give a consistent 800 grit and defined Ra surface finish. Use 293mm x 100mm trizact belts in sequence to achieve a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..

Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.
Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – FMPR flannel wheel.
