3M Trizact 280mm x 100mm belts in grade A45 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the Metabo, Flex & Fein burnishing drum sanders.
The Trizact A45 belt would follow on from the Trizact A100, A65 abrasive belt. To refine the A45 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trizact A30 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A45 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish. Use 280mm x 100mm trizact belts in sequence to achieve a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..
Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.
Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – FMPR flannel wheel on a keyway.
