Product Description

3M Trizact 287mm x 100mm belts in grade A65 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the Cibo 19mm keyway Finimaster burnishing drum sander.

The Trizact A65 belt would follow on from the Trizact A160, A100 or 180 grit traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A65 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trizact A30 belts to ensure a consistent finish.

Trizact A65 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish. Use 287mm x 100mm trizact belts in sequence to acheive a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..

Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.

Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – FMPR flannel wheel.
