3M Trizact 760mm x 40mm belts in grade A45 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the Metabo hand held tube polisher.
The Trizact A45 belt would follow on from the Trizact A100, A65 abrasive belt. To refine the A45 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trizact A30 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A45 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish. Use 760mm x 40mm trizact belts in sequence to achieve a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish.
Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.
Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – Vt T00 non-abrasive belts with PV/101 or PV/102 polish
40 x 760mm abrasive belts fit the following tube polishing machines: The Metabo RBE 15, Stahlwerk RS-800, MSW-POL900L, Stayer LT 1401 EK, Vevor 800 watt steel pipe tube polisher, Holzmann RSG760 and various pipe sander mounting kits commonly sold online.
