337DC Trizact belts in grade A300 and size 675mm x 40mm are the best product we know for creating a consistent ‘240 grit’ satin grain finish over many metres of stainless steel handrails.

Use the Trizact A300 675mm x 40mm on the Cibo Finitube tube polisher (search: SMFT) to blend to a 240 grit grain finish.

To leave a soft satin 240 grit and burr-free finish, sand with a light touch action using the medium surface conditioning belt ( search: VT RC2) after using the Trizact A300 belt.
