337DC Trizact belts in grade A300 and size 760mm x 40mm are the best product for creating a consistent ‘240 grit’ satin grain finish over many metres of stainless steel handrails.

Use the Trizact A300 belts size 760 x 40 on a hand held tube polisher to blend to a 240 grit grain finish.

To leave a soft satin 240 grit and burr-free finish, sand with a light touch action using the medium surface conditioning belt ( search: VT RC2) after using the Trizact A300 belt.

40 x 760mm abrasive belts fit the following tube polishing machines:  The Metabo RBE 15, Stahlwerk RS-800, MSW-POL900L, Stayer LT 1401 EK, Vevor 800 watt steel pipe tube polisher, Holzmann RSG760 and various pipe sander mounting kits commonly sold online.
