FF87 240 grit 760 mm x 40 mm is our high performance, ceramic abrasive belt material with a waterproof backing.

With an F weight back, FF87 is more flexible than the FX87 material.

We recommend FF87 where a high cut rate and a long belt life are desired.

FF87 abrasive belts are particularly good on stainless steel, steel and aerospace alloys.

Use the P240 grit belts for scratch removal and pre-finishing before using surface conditioning belts.

Use this belt for fine grinding.

40 x 760mm abrasive belts fit the following tube polishing machines:  The Metabo RBE 15, Stahlwerk RS-800, MSW-POL900L, Stayer LT 1401 EK, Vevor 800 watt steel pipe tube polisher, Holzmann RSG760 and various pipe sander mounting kits commonly sold online.
