FF87 P80 grit flexible ceramic abrasive belts for the Metabo hand held electric tube polisher.
Use the P80 belts for removing 80 grit sanding disc marks and to create a consistent grain structure on the tube prior to final grain finishing.
– FF87 is a our high performance ceramic abrasive belt material with a waterproof backing.
– With an F weight back FF87 is more flexible than the FX87 material
We recommend FF87 where a high cut rate and long belt life are desired.
FF87 abrasive belts are particularly good on stainless steel, steel and aerospace alloys.
Use the P80 grit belts for heavier scratch removal and pre-finishing before the use of surface conditioning belts.
