Product Description
Coarse A grade surface conditioning belts sized 820mm x 40mm for use with the Metabo hand held tube polisher.
Use the Coarse A SCM belt as the final finish when:
– repairing and regraining tube to a 150 / 180 grit finish.
Coarse A grade SCM belts will consistently remove the sanding marks of an 80 grit abrasive belt.
For a fine a satin finish the recommended process is to re-grain the tube with the FF87 80 or Trizact 337DC A300 grit belts and then quickly go over the surface with the Coarse conditioning belt to remove any burrs and blend to a final soft-touch finish.
