VT aluminium oxide Medium surface conditioning tube belt

Medium A surface conditioning belts sized 760mm x 40mm for the Metabo hand held tube polisher.

Use the Medium A scm belt as the final finish when:
– repairing and regraining tube to a 240 grit finish.

Medium A scm belts will consistently remove the sanding marks of Coarse A grade scm or 120 grit abrasive belts.

For a fine a satin finish the recommended process is to re-grain the tube with the FF87 120 or 150 grit belts and then quickly go over the surface with the Medium conditioning belt to remove any burrs and blend to a final soft-touch finish.

40 x 760mm abrasive belts fit the following tube polishing machines:  The Metabo RBE 15, Stahlwerk RS-800, MSW-POL900L, Stayer LT 1401 EK, Vevor 800 watt steel pipe tube polisher, Holzmann RSG760 and various pipe sander mounting kits commonly sold online.
