337DC Trizact belts in grade A300 and size 6650mm x 150mm is the best product we know for creating a consistent ‘240 grit’ satin grain finish on stainless steel..

Use the Trizact A300 belts size 6650 x 100 on a long bed pad sander to blend to a 240 grit grain finish.

Note: To maximise performance of the 3M Trizact belts ensure that a graphite strip is bonded to the grinding platen behind the Trizact abrasive belt. This will increase belt life and reduce grinding heat. (code: MHG450)
