3M Trizact 1830mm x 50mm belts in grade A45 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish .
1830 x 50mm belts are often used for fine finishing on knife polisher machines.
The Trizact A45 belt can follow on from the Trizact A65 or 280 grit traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A45 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trizact A30 and A16 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A45 finishing belts give a consistent 400 grit and defined Ra surface finish.
Use 1830mm x 50mm Trizact belts in sequence to achieve a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish.
