237AA Trizact A45 belt 2000mm x 25mm

3M Trizact 2000mm x 25mm belts in grade A45 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish with narrow linishing belts.

The Trizact A45 belt would follow on from the Trizact A100 and A65 abrasive belts.

To refine the A45 sanding marks, follow in sequence with the Trizact A30 belts to ensure a consistent finish.

Trizact A45 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish. Use 2000mm x 25mm trizact belts in sequence to achieve a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..

Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.

Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – either VT/T00 polishing belts or PLG/W cotton mops.
