1900mm wide belts are the most common belt length for wide belt sanders in the UK. Sanding belts are available in a range of widths including 300mm, 630mm, 900mm wide.
For metalworking we recommend the KP950 heavy weight paper which is available from 40 grit to 220 grit
For woodworking we normally recommend the KP949 heavy weight paper belts with a semi-open coated structure.
Used almost exclusively for metalworking we recommend the FX87 ceramic cloth products =for heavier stock removal applications. For bright finishing we can also manufacture the Trizact wide belts. Up to 630mm wide they will be standard joints for wider belts Cibo are able to make segmented Trizact belts.
