Super fast grinding and finishing with Cibo ceramic flap discs. Lasting at least 3x as long as traditional zirconia (blue) flap discs the FHCC ceramic flap discs are the obvious choice where performance and price are everything.
FHCC Flap Discs are to be used on steel and stainless steel for mill scale removal, weld prep grinding and general grinding and finishing.
FHCC are made from ceramic material with a polyester backing. They have a conical or bevelled edge to allow the disc to grind flat to the workpiece when used at a 15 degree angle. This flap disc is made of 66 flaps.
4 1/2″ / 115 mm diameter flap disc with a P40 grit abrasive.
