Cibo FNC 60 grit zirconium oxide (blue) high performance flap discs with a conical or bevelled edged are ideal for grinding steel and are our recommended product for the steel fabrication workshop.
Use the FNC 60 grit flap discs for:
Fast stock removal of steel where a more controlled grind is required than with a 40 grit flap disc, for example when continuing to finish with a finer abrasive after the initial grinding process.

Are the FNC flap discs suitable for use on stainless steel?
Yes – Cibo FNC flap discs are iron free and therefore safe for general purpose use on stainless steel and they will work well on stainless when used with with more powerful grinders (1000 watt and above).
