Unitised MAG 2AM disc 125mm dia x 22mm

125mm MAG grade 2AM (A Medium) unitised polishing discs: Weld blueing removal, cleaning, satin finishing, deburring, scratch removal, the list goes on…
Rated safe to work at 11,500rpm the 2A Medium discs can be used on any 125mm angle grinder.  For optimum use we recommend using a variable speed grinder and reducing operating speed to 4,500rpm.

On Stainless steel the 2AM discs will:
–  Deburr edges of stainless

–  Light scratch removal
–  Pre-polished finish
–  Remove P180 grit scratches with ease

On Aluminium the 125mm 2AM will:
– Remove oxidation
– Leave a fine satin surface finish

On Brass the 125mm 2 A Medium will:
– Remove quite heavy scratches /damage
– Radius edges

– Blend welds / solder leaving a brushed satin finish
