Unitised SAG 7 disc 125mm dia x 22mm

125mm SAG grade 7 unitised polishing discs:

Primarily we recommend the SAG 7 for removing and shaping welds where a high quality finish is required.

The 7 density means that the SAG grade 7 discs will cope very well with burrs and edges whilst still giving an amazingly clean & bright finish which is often good enough to polish.

Ideally the SAG 7 is best used at half a traditional angle grinder speed but it is rated safe to work at 11,000rpm, and many people do. We particularly recommend the SAG 7 on variable speed angle grinders.

On Stainless steel the 125mm SAG 7 will:
– Remove & blend scratches
– Deburr corners and edges
– Remove tig welds on edges and corners
– Removes P240 grit scratches with ease

On Aluminium the 125mm SAG 6 will:
– Remove & shape mig welds
– Remove oxidation
– Leave a bright clean surface finish
