237GR Trizact A16 grit grip disc 115mm + 75mm centre disc

115mm diameter A16 grade 3M Trizact 237EA grip / velcro discs with a pop out centre fit on the Cibo 115VEL/VZ back up pad which was designed specifically to ensure cool cutting and a long lifetime for the Trizact discs.

A16 237GR Trizact finishing discs will quickly refine and blend the Trizact A30 grit sanding lines easier and more effectively than traditional abrasives to leave a P1400 grit finish.

Use the 115mm velcro discs as a faster and more cost effective option than the traditional roloc type quick change pads. 237GR 115mm discs are particularly good for polishing thin wall stainless steel in preparation for mirror polishing.

Use the Trizact 237GR A16 discs after the A30 disc. Suggested polishing sequence:
1. Weld removal FX87GR P100 S131
2. Sanding & blending 237GR A160 S131
3. Refining lines 237GR A65 S131
4. Pre-polish sanding 237GR A30 S131
5. Pre-polishing 237GR A16 S131
6. Bright finishing 237GR A6 S131
7. final polishing….

Please note: Trizact grip discs do not like operating at high speed. To be effective we recommend the Cibo Finipower Plus variable speed grinders operating at a maximum of 7,200rpm
