237GR Trizact A160 grip disc 115mm + 75mm dia centre disc

115mm diameter A160 grade 3M Trizact 237EA grip / velcro discs with a 75mm centre pull out fit on the Cibo 115VEL/VZ which was designed specifically to ensure cool cutting and a long lifetime for the Trizact discs.

A160 237GR Trizact finishing discs will refine and blend P100 or P120 grit sanding lines fast easier and more effectively than traditional abrasives without the risk of undercuttting.

Please note: Trizact grip discs do not like operating at high speed. To be effective we recommend the Cibo Finipower Plus variable speed grinders operating at a maximum of 7,200rpm

Use the 115mm velcro discs as a faster and more cost effective option than the traditional sading discs where the risk of undercutting the weld is critical. 237GR 115mm discs are particularly good for sanding fine limit sheet metal with thin wall stainless steel tig weld removal.

Suggested process for stainless tig weld removal:
1. Tig weld removal FX87GR P100 S131
2. Blend sanding lines 237GR A160 S131
3. Refine sanding line 237GR A65 S131
– To leave a P280 finish which will brush easily with the Cibo FMTM or FMCM tex brushes.
