237GR Trizact A30 grit grip disc 115mm + 75 dia centre disc

125mm diameter A30 grade 3M Trizact 237EA grip / velcro discs with a pop out centre fit on the Cibo 125VEL/VZ back up pad which was designed specifically to ensure cool cutting and a long lifetime for the Trizact discs.

A30 237GR Trizact finishing discs will quickly refine and blend the Trizact A65 grit sanding lines easier and more effectively than traditional abrasives without the risk of undercuttting to leave a P800 grit finish.

Use the 125mm velcro discs as a faster and more cost effective option than the traditional roloc type quick change pads. 237GR 125mm discs are particularly good for polishing thin wall stainless steel in preparation for mirror polishing.

Use the Trizact 237GR A30 discs after the A65 disc. Suggested polishing sequence:
1. Weld removal FX87GR P100 S133
2. Sanding & blending 237GR A160 S133
3. Refining lines 237GR A65 S133
4. Pre-polish sanding 237GR A30 S133
5. Pre-polishing SAGR 5 S133
6. final polishing….

Please note: Trizact grip discs do not like operating at high speed. To be effective we recommend the Cibo Finipower Plus variable speed grinders operating at a maximum of 7,200rpm
