Designed for deburring and intermediate sanding of steel and stainless steel the 80 grit zirconium oxide abrasive paper sanding discs are ideal for use on 16″ / 400mm self-adhesive disc sanders.
We recommend the 80 grit discs for deburring and intermedium sanding and shaping. The KP950 zirconia disc is also a great option when you need to do some aggressive shaping of hard timbers such as oak or some of the more specialist tropical hardwoods.
Zirconium oxide is a much tougher abrasive which will give a faster cut & a longer life than the traditional brown aluminium oxide paper discs.
