100mm diameter unitised wheels, 6mm wide on a 6mm spindle
Grade 5 SA unitised abrasive wheels are great for a wide range of fine polishing, cleaning & deburring applications.
Grade 5 unitised is soft enough to shape to the pitch of a thread but strong enough to debur turned parts without damaging the thread.
Applications:
– SA grade material is ideal for weld discolouration removal and for pre-polishing.
– For light scratch removal to leave a semi-bright finish.
– The 6mm wide SA5 is particularly good for getting into the root of welds
