SPLA sanding disc self-adhesive spray is perfect for bonding all abrasive products to a back up pad or grinding platen including:
– plain paper abrasive discs to a disc sander /platen
– plain cloth abrasive discs
– graphite backing cloth for abrasive belts & discs
How to use our SPLA sanding disc adhesive spray:
Option 1- Lay the sanding disc on a clean flat surface with the back of the disc facing uppermost- Spray a light, even coating of the adhesive spray on the back of the sanding disc- Allow the disc a short time to absorb the spray then place the disc against a clean backing plate starting at one side and pressing evenly to ensure good adhesion
Option 2:- Alternatively spray the sanding disc spray on the metal disc platten. Allow the - Allow the adhesive time to become tacky then place the disc against the backing plate starting at one side and pressing evenly to ensure good adhesion
Allow the sanding disc further time to fully dry before starting the machine.
