Removing fillet welds is not a problem as long as you have easy access to the weld and if you can gain access with an angle grinder then that is good news. The only question then is, 'Which products do I need?' Below you have 2 options: Our new TA10 unitised disc which will very quickly shape and profile an aluminium or brass mig weld weld to leave a smooth radiussed finish a 5" flexible edged flap disc made with P80 grit Cibo Ceramics top coated abrasives. Both products will give a great abrasive life and an excellent finish, but if finish is critical then we would recommend the TA10 as your first choice product.
