115mm Angle Grinder – Non Ferrous Metal Mirror Polish Butt Weld

Looking for a good ‘General Purpose’ mirror polish finish on aluminium?

Stage 1: Use the RCD Very Fine to remove the weld

Stage 2: Use the SAG grade 5 to remove any scratches or damage from the surface

Stage 3: Fix the felt disc to the grinder, with the disc spinning allow the disc to rub against the polish and then run the disc on your metal. The surface will initally go black as the polish begins to work.

Stage 4: Remove any polish with the vienna chalk and a lint free cloth
