115mm Angle Grinders – Steel grind and shape – High Aggression

If you want to reduce machine vibration, improve surface finish and remove metal quickly then it is time to switch to Cibo Ceramics.

Traditionally, high aggression grinding is done with a grinding disc – and that is still a very common process. They did a job but the ceramic flap discs and sanding discs will now grind quicker and leave a better finish with much less noise and reduced vibration for the operator.

If you prefer using flap discs. Then we recommend the Cibo FTC 40 grit ceramic flap discs

If you prefer using sanding discs for grinding steel then the new AF890 Actirox or the FX ceramic fibre discs are the way to go. Use Actirox if stock removal is everything. Use FX if you want a better finish. And for optimum performance don’t forget the FIH back up pads which will increase the speed of cut & disc life even further.
