Surface conditioning discs come into their own when you are looking at fine sanding and deburring processes on non-ferrous metals. With their open web structure they do not clog easily and they leave a fine, bright finish on the metal. And now for something completely different... The SAG 6 unitised discs. You may not have come across these before but if you are shaping and doing low stock removal on aluminium they will do a beautiful job and leave a much finer finish than a P120 flap disc.
Note: The backing pad for the conditioning discs contains a central button which ensures that the discs do not slip when in use on the grinder
