We recommend the P120 grit FX discs for general dressing of aluminium but we have also given the P80 option if you have a heavier weld build and the final finish will be acceptable.

The SAG 6 unitised discs. You may not have come across these before but if you are shaping and doing low stock removal on aluminium they will do a beautiful job and leave a much finer finish than a P120 flap disc.
