The Fine wheel will leave an approx 240 grit finish
The Very Fine wheel will leave an approx 320 grit finish
For increase lieftime why not also consider the FA wheel - this leaves a slightly more defined finish than the fine wheel.
Whilst the SA5 wheel leaves a semi polished finish
