The Time Saving Kit finishing sequence developed by AFS in partnership with Cibo is not only faster than traditional belt processes but also creates a higher quality finish than is normally achieved.
Step 1: Remove the weld with the FX87GR 100 grit veramic discs on the soft foam faced back up pads
Step 2: Refine the grinding lines with the 237GR Trizact discs (A65 followed by A45), ensuring that the sanding lines are in the direction of the final finish
Step 3: Regrain the finish with the FMCM combination brush. If you are re-enstating a mitre corner finish place a length of the Inoxitape on the surface where the joint is required and brush over the top with the FMCM combi brush.
