The Garboli LPC160 uses 622 x 30mm belts and is often used for satin finishing, sanding & polishing smaller complex shapes e.g. door furniture. We recommended removing any tig welds or surface damage with the JF4top P80 grit belts.
The Jf4top will remove a tig weld and also any additional damage on the tube making it easy for the Medium grade conditioning belts to put a high quality P240 grit satin finish on the stainless steel tube or bar.
If you are working with straight tube / bar or less complex profiles then the FX87 80 grit belts are made with the premium Cibo Ceramics on a stiffer polyester backing. The FX87 will cut faster and last significantly longer than the JF4top material.
