Rotor 200 twin-action wire brush deburring with var speed

The Garboli Rotor 200 is our premium heavy duty tube deburring machine.  

The Rotor 200 will work with tubes from 10mm up to 200mm in diameter and can deburr the inside and outside wall of complex tubular shapes in seconds due to it’s double rotation action.

Rotation Action 1:

As with all brush deburring heads the brush is spinning directly in front of the component in the vertical plane.  This action will deburr the leading edges of a tube but the tube will need to be manually rotated to complete the deburring process.

Rotation Action 2:

The second rotation phase is what makes the Rotor 200 special.  The deburring brushes are mounted on a cast head which is also rotating at 90 degrees to the brushes.  This second action ensures that 100% of the tube can be deburred on both the inside and outside edges of the tube.
