Finipower – Stainless Steel Fabricator Kit – 230v

The Stainless Steel Fabricator Kit is designed to include all the products you need to get going with stainless steel fabrication work.  Using a variable speed grinder when working on stainless steel is essential if you want to achieve a high quality finish.  The fabricator kit includes the 230 volt Finipower Plus 1700 watt variable speed grinder and a range of products which will fit on the machine.

For weld removal on stainless box section use the 80 grit ceramic fibre discs which will easily remove a tig weld and leave a finish which can be blended easily.  The FMCMC Ginger Ninja brush can then be used to restore the satin finish.  If you need to refine the finish further we have also included the FMTM 80 grit tex brush.

On tubular work we recommend using the RCD discs to remove blend and radius the tig weld to leave a 240 grit finish in one action.  If you need a slightly finer finish then the SAG 5 unitised disc will do the job well.

And just in case there is an awkward corner you need to finish by hand we have also included the Med S handpads.  Perfect for that 240 grit stainless satin finish.
