AFS Launch New Film Backed Ceramic Velcro Discs for Orbital Sanding

FCGR Film Backed Ceramic Discs

Cibo FCGR ceramic velcro sanding discs now available on the AFS website. The best place in the UK to buy orbital sanding discs for pre-paint finishing of metal fabrications. With the super strong film backing the FCGR discs will give even longer disc life when compared to aluminium oxide or zirconia discs (eg 1815 grip discs).

A tough film backing reduces the risk of tears and increases the grinding pressure on the metal surface
A premium ceramic abrasive grain ensures fast cvut and a longer life
Reduced clogging of the sanding discs and a cooler cut with the top coat of grinding aids.

With standard stock available in a range of grits Cibo can cut your ceramic vlecro discs to your own specification. In addition we have a standard range of discs available ex-stock in 125mm and 150mm diameters.

Available Grits: 40 grit, 60 grit, 80 grit, 120 grit, 150 grit, 180 grit, 240 grit and 320 grit.

Popular Disc Diameters: 125mm and 150mm are the most common diameters for orbital sanding in the metal finishing world but Cibo can cut discs to any size and shape up to a maximum of 915mm diameter.
