237AA Trizact A160 dynafile belt 457mm x 6mm

3M Trizact 457mm x 6mm belts in grade A160 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the Beltit SH (457) and Dynafile 2 powerfile sanders.

The Trizact A160 belt would follow on from a P150 grit or 180 traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A160 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trzact A65 belts to ensure a consistent finish.

Trizact A160 finishing belts give a consistent and defined Ra surface finish. Use 457mm x 13mm trizact belts in sequence to acheive a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..

Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.

Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – VT W00 Polishing belt.
