237AA Trizact A160 Makita powerfile belt 533mm x 9mm

3M Trizact 533mm x 9mm belts in grade A160 are recommended for when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on the Makita 9032 filing sander & Suhner powerfile sanders.

Use of the Trizact A160 belt would follow on from a P150 grit or 180 traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A160 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trizact A65 belts to ensure a consistent finish.

Trizact A160 finishing belts give a consistent and defined surface finish. Use 533mm x 9mm trizact belts in sequence to achieve a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..

Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.

Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – VT W00 polishing belts.
