Product Description
3M Trizact 622mm x 30mm belts in grade A30 are recommended when you need to refine stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish with the Garboli LPC160 MIRROR orbital tube polisher.
The Trizact A30 belt would follow on from the Trizact A65 or 280 grit traditional abrasive belt. To refine the A30 sanding marks follow in sequence with the Trizact A16 belts to ensure a consistent finish.
Trizact A30 finishing belts give a consistent 800 grit and defined Ra surface finish. Use 622mm x 30mm trizact belts in sequence on the Garboli to achieve a consistent bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish..
Excellent for aerospace, stainless steel and metal polishing applications.
Recommended polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – VT T00 polishing belts.
